Ifuudoudou Menya at Isetan Scotts, Singapore

Isetan on Scotts Road has finished its refurbishing efforts, and fortunately, it still features a ramen counter that rotates through different vendors once in a while. Right now, this shop is featured as part of their Kumamoto Fair. I got this bowl garnished with takana, and I gobbled it up in seconds. I'd like to see what they'll bring here next.
