Belles Hot Chicken in Sydney, Australia

I had a ton of work to finish here in Sydney tonight, so I popped out quickly to this place on Wulugul Walk (33 Barangaroo Avenue) to try to grab some food before heading back upstairs. I'm not sure if this was inspired by fried chicken in the US, but this sandwich did the job. The chicken was super juicy and tender, and the hot sauce was kinda smoky rather than being overloaded with vinegar like buffalo wings are.
