Ginza's Kacyo in Singapore

Kacyo doesn't exactly sound very Japanese, but apparently it's a relatively high-end shop from Ginza that has opened up an outlet in Singapore, sharing a common lobby with Oso's current location (46 Bukit Pasoh Road, 6327-8414). They seem to focus on omakase but have some lunch sets like this beef bowl, whose meat was deliciously fatty. Having said that, it was still S$38 (US$28), which is more than I prefer to pay for lunch.
