A Random Plate of San Lao Hor Fun

Here was a plate of san lao hor fun from a random stall (Mini Wok Kitchen #01-15) at ABC Brickworks Market & Food Centre. I have no idea about the history of the dish (presumably it's local, and presumably there are better places around), but the sliced fish with flat rice noodles was exactly the light and delicate thing that I was looking for.
