A Falafel Pan from Pita Pan in Singapore

When Pita Pan's outlet at Marina Square closed, my heart sank. Fortunately, their Marina Bay Sands location is still open, and serving things like this falafel pan at that. It was basically just a bunch of stuff thrown in the pan, but it was exactly what I wanted today, and all with the bonus of having some bits of scorched rice at the bottom.
